Unique Glam Cosmetics started as a yard sale and worked its way up to a successful business. The journey hasn’t been easy but it’s been worth it. My mom was my inspiration, business and negotiating runs in my blood. I wouldn’t be where I am without the inspiration from my mom.

I’m not a college graduate but if you have strong will and a hard work ethic anything is possible. “If you do something you love then you’ll never work a day in your life.” I want to thank everyone who has supported me along the way, people who have been following me from day one know how much blood, sweat, and tears I’ve put into my business.

REFUND POLICY

NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES ON THE FOLLOWING:

  •  Gift cards

  •  Some health and personal care items

  •  On Sale/Discounted items
     

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 10 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

Damages and issues: 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

​

 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons NOT due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like (personal care goods (such as beauty products & Cosmetics). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Sale items or items purchased in a Mystery Box or Scoops.

Refunds:


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
